last updated: april 2026

Overview

Evenfall is an AI chat client. We don't publish user content, but if you believe something created or hosted through our Service infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown request.

We respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.

How to submit a notice

Email dmca@evenfall.ai with a message containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you're asking us to remove, with enough detail to locate it.
  • Your contact information — address, phone, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with:

  • Your signature, name, address, and phone number.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

Reporting other content issues

For content that isn't a copyright issue but violates our Terms of Service, email support@evenfall.ai. Include what you saw, when, and how to reproduce it.

Response time

We review notices in the order received and aim to respond within 3 business days. Urgent safety issues are handled immediately.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright notices may be suspended or terminated.
