evenfall is a privacy-focused AI chat app - a fast, ChatGPT-style interface where you send messages and an AI model streams responses back. Your conversations are saved so you can return to them, but they are never used for ad targeting, never sold, and never used to train AI.

With an email one-time code or Google sign-in - no passwords. The code arrives in under a minute; check spam if it does not show up.

Ten messages per day, markdown rendering, syntax-highlighted code blocks with copy buttons, full conversation history, per-conversation custom instructions, and the model picker. No card required, and the daily limit resets at midnight UTC.

Go ($8.99/month, or $79/year) raises your daily allowance to 100 messages and adds web search with sources, image and file attachments, and 10 custom personas. Plus ($19.99/month, $179/year) raises it to 300 and adds in-chat image generation, 30 minutes of voice mode a month, and 25 personas. Pro ($39.99/month, $359/year) is unlimited messages under fair use and adds two hours of voice a month, a larger context window for longer conversations, longer responses, and 50 personas. All are subscriptions you can cancel anytime.

Every message counts as one, however long the conversation has grown. Two actions draw more than one because they cost us more to run: a web search, and generating an image. Everything else is one. Go includes 100 messages a day, Plus 300, and Pro is unlimited under fair use - the fair-use number is published in the terms.

Yes. Pay with crypto through NOWPayments for a one-time 30-day pass - no card, no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no name on the invoice. Crypto passes are priced monthly; annual billing is card only.

No. Your conversations are stored only so you can return to them. They are not shared with the AI provider for training, not sold, and not used for anything beyond delivering the service back to you.

Yes. Deleting a conversation removes the row from the database - no soft-delete, no shadow archive, no "recoverable for 90 days." Deleting your account works the same way and is immediate.

Yes, beyond the standard disk encryption every cloud service has. Message content is encrypted at the application layer before it reaches the database - each conversation under its own key, with keys held outside the database - so a database breach or leaked backup would expose ciphertext, not your conversations. Our servers decrypt to generate replies, so this is not end-to-end encryption. See the principles page for exactly what we do and do not claim.

Yes, per conversation. Open the settings for a chat and add instructions for that thread; leave it empty to use evenfall's base behavior. Changes apply to the next message you send in that conversation.

Four ready-made ones (roleplay, code, writing, study) are available to everyone, no upgrade needed, and chatting with them only spends your normal daily allowance. Building your own is on any paid plan: a persona gets its own instructions, opening line, conversation starters, and a generated portrait, and its chats stay separate from the rest of your history. Characters hold a personality for roleplay; assistants are tools with a job, like a line editor or a study partner. Your plan sets how many of your own you can keep.

A fast frontier model chosen for speed and answer quality, set per conversation in the settings dialog. More model options will be added over time through the same picker.

Yes. When a question needs fresh, up-to-date information, evenfall automatically uses web search - no toggle to remember. You stay in control and can turn it off.

For question-shaped searches, largely yes. On paid plans evenfall detects when a question needs fresh information, searches the web on its own, and answers with its sources listed - no query logged into an advertising profile. Yes. Group conversations into folders and pin the ones you return to most. Everything stays synced across your devices, and chats are auto-titled after the first exchange.

For a single conversation, use the three-dot menu on its row in the sidebar and choose Delete. For your whole account, go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Both are immediate and irreversible.

Paid plans are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, send us feedback and we will make it right.
